The terms, in plain language
- Your brand, not ours — no Vera Staging watermark, logo, or branding on any client-facing file. As far as your client knows, your studio did it.
- 24-hour turnaround — staged photos back within 24 hours of receiving your files.
- Human QA on every photo — furniture scaled to the room, one consistent light direction, real contact shadows. Checked by a person, by eye.
- MLS compliance pack included — staged + original pairs, a clean version and an on-image "Virtually Staged" labeled version of each photo, plus copy-paste disclosure caption and remarks text for your client's MLS.
- Furniture and décor only — walls, floors, fixtures, structure, and the view are never altered, and defects are never hidden. Your reputation stays safe.
- Unlimited revisions for 14 days — if a room doesn't fit your client's taste, we restyle it. If we can't make a photo usable, that photo is refunded.
- No contract, no monthly minimums — order one photo or one hundred. Send work when you have it; owe nothing when you don't.
- Your clients stay yours — we work through you. We never market to, invoice, or contact your clients.
