Each photo is staged, then checked by a person: furniture scaled to the room, one consistent light direction, real contact shadows. Furniture and décor only — the home itself never changes.

You receive the staged photos, the originals paired beside them, and your MLS compliance pack — ready to upload. Unlimited revisions for 14 days if anything doesn't fit.

MLS compliance, handled

Disclosure isn't an add-on. It's in every order.

Virtually staged photos have to be disclosed — the rules just differ by MLS. Every Vera Staging order ships as a compliance pack built for that:

  • Staged + original pairs — each staged photo delivered with the untouched original beside it, ready to upload in sequence.
  • Two versions of every photo — a clean copy for MLSs that ban text on photos, and an on-image "Virtually Staged" labeled copy for MLSs that require one.
  • Copy-paste disclosure text — wording for the photo caption and the public remarks, matched to your MLS.
  • Furniture and décor only — we never change paint, flooring, fixtures, structure, or the view, and we never hide a defect.
  • Realcomp-ready — serving metro Detroit means Realcomp's caption and permitted-edits rules are our default standard, applied everywhere.
  • Your brokerage stays in control — tell us your MLS in the order form and we format the pack to its current rules.
